We all know that magical moment when the waiter walks by with a sizzling order of fajitas. Everyone’s looks. Everyone breathes in the heavenly scent. I feel like there should be an applause, it’s such an event! I love that I can make that same fragrant dish at home for a fraction of the cost!

Ingredients:
- Onions, sliced
- Bell peppers, sliced
- Favorite fajita meat (pre-seasoned optional)
- Sour cream
- Favorite fajita cheese, shredded
- Tortillas
You can sometimes find already marinated meat at the grocery store, but if you can’t find it, just season your meat with whatever Mexican spices you have on hand. (Cumin, paprika, chili powder, and oregano). If you don’t have any of those, just some salt, pepper, and garlic powder will do just fine.
Season the sliced peppers and onions, and add them to a skillet with some oil. Fry for just a second just to get them cooking, then add the seasoned meat. Stir fry everything until the meat is cooked through. Top the mixture with some shredded cheese and let it melt.
Pile the glorious mixture onto a tortilla and add a dollop of sour cream. Enjoy!
