Literally just 2 ingredients. One is obviously chicken, and the other is…. whatever you want! Choose any vinegar based sauce: Italian dressing, balsamic vinaigrette, hot sauce, steak sauce, bbq sauce…. GO NUTS! You can use chicken legs, wings, breasts, thighs, boneless, bone-in. Doesn’t matter, the recipe remains the same: 20 minutes at 450. How easy is that?!
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Cut slits into the meatiest part of the chicken pieces, then toss into a large ziploc bag. Pour in enough sauce to generously cover the chicken, reserving a little bit of sauce for later. Marinate the chicken for at least 15 minutes.
Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Brush the remaining sauce over the baked chicken. If the chicken has skin, broil for just a couple minutes as a finishing touch to get the skin nice and crispy!
