When I first discovered this one, I thought there was no way this would have any kind of flavor. But man, it’s really really good! Eat it as is, or throw it on some white rice or noodles.

Yep! That’s it! Chop the chicken and zucchini into 1 inch chunks and halve the tomatoes. Season and stir fry it all. Just some salt/pepper will do fine, but adding some garlic and Italian seasoning (parmesan cheese?) will really flavor it up.
