This is the first salmon recipe I ever made, and it was a hit with my husband who’d sworn he hated salmon. The trick is to marinate the salmon first to tone down the fishy taste.
- 4 Salmon Steaks
- 1/2 cup Italian Dressing
- 1 package sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp green onions
Preheat oven to 450. Pour Italian dressing over salmon and let soak for 30 minutes.
Place the marinated salmon in a baking dish. Top with mushrooms and cheese and bake for 15 minutes. Top with green onions and serve immediately.
