Salmon with Mushrooms

250 calories; $2.25 / serving

This is the first salmon recipe I ever made, and it’s always a hit with people who swear they don’t like salmon. The trick is to marinate the salmon first to tone down the fishy taste.

  • 4 Salmon Steaks
  • 1/2 cup Italian Dressing
  • 1 package sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp green onions

Preheat oven to 450. Pour Italian dressing over salmon and let soak for 30 minutes.
Place the marinated salmon in a baking dish. Top with mushrooms and cheese and bake for 15 minutes. Top with green onions and serve immediately.
