Kids and picky eaters alike will ALWAYS love this one. It’s a handy recipe to have saved in your memory bank. Not gonna lie: it’s pretty darn tasty.
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 4 pieces boneless chicken (breast or thigh)
Preheat your oven to 450. Mix the cheese and bread crumbs in one bowl. Mix the butter and mustard in another bowl. Dip the chicken in the mustard, then the bread crumbs. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes (or until chicken is cooked through). You can also make this in an air fryer if you like it extra crispy.
Recommendation: Serve w/ steamed vegetables : Throw chopped vegetables in microwavable bowl and add a dollop of butter. Cover loosely and microwave 4 minutes.
