Buffalo Chicken Wraps

250 calories; $2.00 / serving

This recipe is great when it’s hot out and you’re in a hurry to eat. It’s simple to throw together, and you can even use an already cooked deli chicken if you really REALLY don’t feel like cooking. (Guilty.)

  • Large burrito size flour tortillas
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cubed
  • Bottled Wing Sauce
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Stalk Celery
  • 1 Head of Romaine
  • 4 Tbsp Blue Cheese Dressing

Heat oil in a skillet, and brown the chicken until cooked through. toss in wing sauce
Lay 4 tortillas on plates, and divide all the ingredients between them. Roll them up and serve immediately.
