Even though the ribs take a few hours to make, there’s very little active cooking involved. I can drop them in the slow cooker before work, and then come back home to ready-to-eat BBQ!
- 1 Rack of Ribs
- 1 Bottle BBQ Sauce
Line a baking sheet loosely with aluminum foil. Place Ribs on the foil and SMOTHER with 1/2 the BBQ Sauce. Wrap the ribs completely with the aluminum foil.
Bake at 300 for 2 hours (plan accordingly). Ribs are done when the bones are dry on the edges. Smother with the rest of the BBQ Sauce
Slow Cooker Option: Cut ribs into sections of 3 or 4 and toss in a slow cooker. Cover ribs in half the BBQ sauce. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Cover in remaining BBQ sauce.
