Ok, so it’s not a dinner. For most people at least (I’d be ok with a plate of bacon for dinner, if I’m being honest). But I still felt the need to share the fastest and easiest way to make perfectly crispy bacon to be eaten solo or crumbled into something as a topping.
Preheat the broiler. Place a baking rack in a baking dish, and lay the bacon across. Broil it.
The hardest part of this technique is trying your darndest not to get distracted and burning the bacon. Broiling cooks FAST, so this won’t take any more than 10 minutes. Cook the bacon to your desired crispness.
